    • Judge training session for Throwdown and our own quarterly comp

    • Hope to have off-flavor training soon
    • Entries almost full, 10 spots left
    • Please remember to PAY for your entries
    • Looking for volunteer for food coordination during the event
    • Just needs to pick it up and setup/tear down, food is already donated
    • Looking for volunteer to do prize coordination
    • Just make sure that prizes get handed out to right people and don’t get lifted

    • Step 1. Get a slip of paper, write a nomination, be VERY specific
    • Step 2. Put it in the box
    • You can nominate anyone, including yourself
    • Still need to work out prize structure, this is a good way to get your input in.
  • Frankenyeast Project – Robb B.
    • A huge starter of expired yeasts
    • 4th iteration of Frankenyeast
    • English/European clean yeasts, no odd flavors (saison, etc)
    • 62 packs of yeast in a 5 gallon starter
    • Packed in 50ml vials, FREE if you’d like to try one (65 vials total)
    • Past batches written about, Brulosophy, elsewhere
    • Only requirement, send updates about your beer to Robb ( or better, drop some off! )
    • Absolutely no guarantees.
    • Would be great to bring samples to Big Brew
    • Will probably NEVER get clear beer, even with irish moss/gelatin
  • New Work Shirt Order: Work Shirts, T-shirts, Hats
    • Open to other clothing, especially t-shirts and hats
    • Will get pricing and see what minimum orders are

    • First time that hotel can house every attendee

    • Consider setting aside your Scottish heavy for Highland Games
    • Thursday @ 3 Notched, pack the pub for Justin & Carrie elderberry beer
    • Last weekend of March, 5 year anniversary event for Southern Hills
    • Please come out, volunteer
    • Guild to help cover expense for brewing up a batch of beer specific for an event
    • Half the cost for brewing (up to $30).
    • Must reserve the beer for the event, keep leftovers.
    • Highland Games coming up in August
    • Really appreciated what we did last year!!
