- November 2nd Learn to Homebrew Day
- Need brewing demos, setup and take down help, ID/wristband table volunteer, ABC license, flier design printing and distribution, homebrew samples
- Soup cook off on location same format as the chili cook off at Big Brew
- Need to get larger cups and spoons for soup tasting
- Will try to make soup voting secretive
- Plan for noon to 2 for voting on soup
- Lynn sent out a Facebook event invite to all and received a lot of positive response
- Keith will plan to brew – let him know if anyone else plans to brew

- Lynn to submit some design ideas to Keith to send out
- Consider Fuzzy Pickle for purchase as no min quantity required
- December 8th meeting and competition hosted by Harry Montoro
- Quarterly competition style voting
- Keith to ask Rudy if he can still do a survey monkey request
- Officer nomination and voting
- Keith agreed to accept nomination to stay on as president
- As such a BOD position will need to be filled
- Mike U agreed to accept a nomination for VP while also continuing as treasurer
- Keith to ping John Thompson on whether he would accept a nomination for either VP or BOD
