THE PERKS OF HOSTING A MEETNG
There are a few perks with hosting a brew meeting. The host doesn’t have to drive to somebody’s house, you are already there.  You know where the second bathroom is. No worry about having to drive home after having one too many.  And a lot of other members usually bring the host a bottle or two of some really great beer.

Such was the case at the last meeting that Joan and I hosted in December. We - mostly me - enjoyed a few new brews, and as usual, there was one that really stood out as world class. I don’t know who brought it, but I received a bottle of beer from the Kentucky Brewing Company. The beer was a Bourbon Barrel Imperial Milk Stout. I think this may have been the finest beer I ever drank. But I’d need a second opinion before I can say for sure. So, whoever brought that bottle to me, please keep that in mind when Joan and I host another meeting. Just saying!
