- Tech Talk – CO2 Cold Crash Balloon (Rudy Lyon)
- Blowoff hose from fermenter to Tee, mylar balloon attached to top of tee, blowoff hose to sanitizer liquid. Allows CO2 to collect in balloon, and that gas is now sucked backed instead of sanitizer during cold crash.

- Measures specific gravity and temperature by using accelerometers to measure angle.
- Higher SG more shallow angle.
- Uses WiFi to publish metrics (can go to Brewfather, CraftBeerPI)
